Singer and Actress.
She was born Choi Tsoek-jin in Vancouver, B.C.
Canada in 1982 and moved to Hong Kong
shortly afterwards.

In 2001, Charlene joined with Gillian Chung 鍾欣潼
to form the Cantopop band 'Twins'. The band enjoyed
great success until it folded in 2016 when both
singers decided to pursue their solo careers.
